New years is here, I want to change this year make it better than last. I am going to do my best to make this happen.
I already started making changes towards the end of the year so I would have a head start.
I have been eating healthier, cut out caffeine and have been walking some for exercise. Although it's winter and the walking will be somewhat difficult at times I will keep it up best I can.
I hope to make this year better than the last few years altogether.
